A toggle has been added to hold the contact in the workflow until a delivery status is received from Meta.

Step-by-Step Guide
Triggering a Workflow:
When a customer books an appointment, it triggers the workflow.
Send a WhatsApp message using the provided template.
Waiting for Delivery Status:
The workflow will pause until the delivery status is received.
Setting Conditions:
If the WhatsApp message is successfully delivered, the workflow proceeds.
If the message is not delivered (e.g., the number is good but not on WhatsApp), the workflow falls back to SMS.
For total failures (bad number), the workflow switches to email.
