How It Works

You can now right click on any action inside the Workflow Builder to open a quick action menu.

Instead of hunting for the three dot menu, the most common tools are now right under your cursor, which makes editing workflows feel way more like a normal desktop app.

The quick menu includes options like:

• copy action, or copy all actions from here

• paste below (when available)

• move action, or move all actions from here

• delete action, or delete all actions from here

• add notes

How to Use

1. Open Automations → Workflows.

2. Click into the workflow you want to edit.

3. Right click any action block.

4. Select what you want to do from the quick menu, then keep building.

Why This Matters

Workflow edits usually involve a lot of small tweaks. Copying sections, moving blocks, deleting steps, adding notes.

Those tiny tasks add up, especially if you are building larger workflows or doing client work all day.

This update reduces clicks, speeds up common edits, and makes the builder feel smoother and less fiddly.

Use Cases

Duplicate a follow up sequence fast
Copy a block, paste it below, tweak the timing, and you are done.

Move a whole section without rebuilding
Use “move all actions from here” to shift an entire chunk of a workflow in seconds.

Clean up messy workflows
Delete a step or delete everything from a point onward without clicking through multiple menus.

Leave notes for your team
Add quick notes directly from the right click menu so everyone knows what a section does.
