Gold Star Pro has released an exciting new feature for the mobile app: the ability to send WhatsApp voice notes. This addition makes communicating even easier and more personal by allowing users to send voice messages directly within the app. In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to use this new feature.

Step 1: Open the Mobile App

To get started, open the Gold Star Pro mobile app and navigate to the sub-account you want to work in. Make sure you're on the correct account before proceeding to send any messages.

Step 2: Access the Conversations Tab

Once you're in the right sub-account, head over to the conversations tab. Here is where you’ll be able to send and manage messages, including your new voice notes via WhatsApp.

Step 3: Switch to WhatsApp as the Channel

Ensure that you're using WhatsApp as your communication channel. You’ll be able to switch channels easily from within the conversation view if needed.

Step 4: Record Your Voice Note

Now it's time to record! Look for the voice recorder icon at the bottom of the chat interface. Here's what you can do:

• Start Recording: Tap the voice recorder icon to begin recording your message.

• Pause or Delete: If you need to pause or cancel the recording, there are options to do so before sending.

• Review: You can listen to your voice note before deciding to send it.

  

Step 5: Send Your Voice Note

When you’re satisfied with the recording, simply click "Send." Your voice note will be sent through WhatsApp just like a regular message. The process is fast and seamless, making it a great addition for personal or professional communication.
