This new feature allows you to send Unconfirmed, Confirmed, Canceled, Rescheduled, and Reminder messages through WhatsApp — alongside email and SMS. It’s all managed within your existing calendar notification settings.

Each notification can be fully customized and sent to Contacts, Assigned Users, or Additional Numbers, keeping every party informed in real time.

How to Use

1. Go to Calendar Settings → Edit Calendar → Notifications & Additional Options.

2. Select the notification type (e.g., Appointment Confirmed, Reminder, etc.).

3. Click the WhatsApp tab and toggle Enable.

4. Choose your recipient types — Contact, Assigned User, or Additional Phone Numbers.

5. Select an approved WhatsApp template for each message type.

6. Use Send Test WhatsApp Notification to preview your message before saving.

Once saved, your calendar will automatically send notifications via WhatsApp for all future appointments that match your chosen types.
