Integrating Automated Responses with Gold Star Pro

Gold Star Pro recently unveiled an innovative feature that enables automated direct messaging and reply functionality on social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook. This development is particularly exciting for users who frequently manage customer interactions online. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to set it up.

We have the "Respond on Comment" action. In this action you can enter multiple pre defined comment options but what if you want to tailor your comments based on the comment of the user. This is possible now using the GPT action.

How to use?

Add a "GPT powered by OpenAI" action.

Add a "Respond on comment" action. (Please make sure that Facebook - User comments on a post or Instagram - User comments on a post trigger is available).

Select the Action Type as Custom and write the Prompt about how you want your response on the comment.

From the custom value picker select the Facebook or Instagram Comment body and Save the action.

Now add the "Respond on comment" action.

Step 1: Access the New Feature

Initially, you'll find the option under the "edit" section. Look for something like FB comment on post.FB.body in the variable selector within Gold Star Pro's interface.

Step 2: Add Actions

Add a "GPT powered by OpenAI" action, followed by a "Respond on comment" action. (Please make sure that Facebook - User comments on a post or Instagram - User comments on a post trigger is available).

Step 3: Setting Your Response

Once you locate the variable selector:

• Enter a prompt relevant to your post. For example, if your post discusses personal finance and a customer comments on it, you'll write: “Prepare a response for the same.”

• This input will serve as the basis for generating automated replies.

Step 3: Automate the Interaction

After setting your prompt:

• Gold Star Pro will process the information using its integrated AI capabilities.

• The AI will generate a response, which will then automatically post as a comment on the original thread.

• The path for this action is generally chat GPT.3.response, indicating the use of AI-generated text.

Step 4: Expand Your Usage

Beyond Instagram and Facebook, this functionality extends to other communication forms:
