How It Works

Service Appointments inside Gold Star Pro just became far more flexible. You can now modify nearly every detail of a booked Service Appointment directly from the edit screen. No need to cancel. No need to rebook. No need to rebuild the appointment from scratch.

Users can now adjust the appointment title, date and time, timezone, assigned staff, duration, location, add-ons, service variants, and coupons. The new editing panel gives you full control over the details that matter while keeping the appointment intact.

How to Use

Editing an appointment now works exactly where you expect it to.

1. Go to Calendars > Calendar View or Appointment List View.

2. Select the Service Appointment you want to edit.

3. Click the pencil icon to open the edit screen.

4. Update any relevant details such as services, add-ons, variants, time, or staff.

5. Save your changes and the appointment updates instantly.

This makes it easy to correct mistakes, adjust bookings after client requests, or modify details without any disruption.
