1. Accessing the Tasks List View
Effortlessly navigate and manage your tasks with the updated Tasks List View.
How to Access:
Go to Contacts > Tasks from the main menu.
Explore new functionalities like:
Filtering and sorting tasks.
Bulk actions for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
2. Creating a New Task
Easily add tasks with all the necessary details in one place.
Steps to Create a New Task:
Click + Add Task in the top-right corner.
Fill in the fields:
Title: Add a brief task description.
Description (Optional): Add more details about the task.
Due Date and Time: Set a deadline.
Recurring Task (Optional): Toggle to create repeating tasks.
Contact (Optional): Assign the task to a contact.
Assignee (Optional): Assign the task to a team member.
Click Save to edit or Save and Add Another to create more tasks.
3. Managing Tasks Effectively
Take control of your tasks with flexible management options.
Key Management Tools:
Edit Tasks: Use the pencil icon in the Actions column or click on the task title to modify it.
Delete Tasks: Select a task and click Delete. Deleted tasks can be restored within two months.
Bulk Actions: Choose multiple tasks to mark as done, delete, or manage in bulk.
4. Using Advanced Filters
Find specific tasks quickly with advanced filtering options.
Filter Options Include:
Assignee.
Status (e.g., All, Due Today, Overdue, Upcoming).
Due Date.
Custom Fields (if applicable).
To apply a filter, click Advanced Filters at the top of the Tasks List View.

Sorting Options Include:
Due Date: Prioritize upcoming deadlines.
Title: Alphabetically order tasks.
Created At/Updated At: Arrange by when tasks were created or last updated.
Click Sort at the top of the list to reorder tasks based on your preference.
