Understanding Reach and Frequency!
Two valuable new metrics have been added to the campaign performance dashboard in Gold Star Pro: Reach and Frequency. These insights can help you refine your advertising strategy for maximum impact.
What the New Metrics Show
Reach: The number of unique users who saw your ad at least once.
Frequency: The average number of times each unique user saw your ad, calculated as Impressions ÷ Reach.
How to Access the Metrics
Go to the Statistics screen in your campaign dashboard.
Select the Performance Listing View of your campaigns.
Find Reach and Frequency alongside other key stats like Results, CPL, Spend, Impressions, and Clicks.
Use the Columns selector (top right of the table) to enable or disable the Reach and Frequency columns.
Hover over the metric names to see quick tooltips explaining their meaning.
Why These Metrics Matter
Tracking Reach and Frequency helps you:
Measure ad exposure across your target audience.
Avoid underexposure: Low frequency means your audience may not be seeing your message enough.
Prevent ad fatigue: High frequency can cause people to tune out.
Find the right balance between scale and repetition, leading to stronger engagement and higher ROAS.
Next Steps for Better Campaign Performance
Monitor Reach and Frequency regularly.
Adjust targeting or creative if your frequency is too high or too low.
Use these metrics alongside other performance indicators to fine-tune your ad strategy.
