How to Use

1. Connect Your TikTok DMs

• Go to Integrations → TikTok and connect your account to your sub-account.

• Once connected, incoming TikTok messages will appear in your Conversations inbox automatically.

  

2. Set Up Automations for DMs

• Go to Automations → Workflows.

• Use the trigger: Customer Replied and add a filter for Reply Channel: TikTok.

• Add the action: TikTok Interactive Messages to configure your automatic replies.

3. Automate TikTok Comments

• Use the trigger: TikTok Commented on a Post.

• Select your TikTok account (and specify a post if needed).

• Add the Reply in Comment action to automate responses and engage instantly.
