How to Use
Go to Automations → Workflows → Add Trigger.
From the trigger list, select Transcript Generated.
Enable Transcription in your Voice AI or LC Phone & IVR settings if not already active.
Apply filters like Call Type, Call Direction, or Call Duration to target specific calls.
Use transcript data to power conditions, actions, or decision branches in your workflow.
You can even reference details like caller location, transcript content, duration, and timestamps to create highly targeted automations.
