What’s New?

Inside Gold Star Pro, your clients can now decline a document and give you feedback on why. Instead of being left in the dark, you’ll see reasons and notes attached to any declined contracts.

Here’s what you can do:

  • Clients can decline a document and choose a reason or add notes.

  • Declined status now shows up in Documents & Contracts.

  • You can send automated emails based on the decline reason.

  • A full history log shows who declined, when, and why.


How to Use It

  1. In Workflows, set the trigger as Documents & Contracts → Status → Declined.

  2. Use this to send follow-up emails, tasks, or reminders.

  3. Clients click “Decline Document,” add notes or reasons, and submit.

  4. Track everything inside Documents & Contracts → Archived for clear history.
