Gold Star Pro just made your sales pipeline a whole lot easier to read — at a glance.
With the new Color-Coded Opportunity Pipelines, you can now instantly identify deal types, values, and stages using vibrant color chips that make visual management effortless.

This upgrade introduces Smart Tags, a new feature that lets you define rule-based color logic for any Opportunity Pipeline.
You can create tags based on conditions like Deal Value, Close Date, Pipeline Stage, or even Custom Fields, giving you total control over how your opportunities appear.

Once configured, cards automatically display your color-coded tags directly inside your pipeline view — making it simple to spot high-value leads, overdue deals, or special categories without scrolling through endless data.

How to Use

1. Go to Settings → Pipelines → [Select Pipeline] → Smart Tags.

2. Click Add Smart Tag.

3. Choose a color, name, and rule condition (e.g., Deal Value > $10,000).

4. Click Preview Tag to see how it will look on your cards.

5. Hit Save, and your pipeline will instantly update with color-coded chips.

You can create as many Smart Tags as you need — and even apply multiple tags to a single card for layered visibility.
