The Task Upgrade That Connects It All
How It Works
The way you manage tasks inside Gold Star Pro just got a major upgrade.
With Multi-Object Task Associations, you can now link a single task to multiple records — including Contacts, Opportunities, Companies, and Custom Objects.
That means one task can now reflect how your real workflows operate — connecting people, deals, and projects seamlessly across your CRM.

Each task supports up to 10 record links across different object types, helping teams track every related activity without duplication.
You’ll also find a new Multi-Associated Objects panel across modules, instantly showing where each task belongs.
How to Use
Go to Tasks → Add Task.
Fill in your task details (title, due date, owner, etc.).
Under Associated Records, search and add multiple related objects — such as Contacts, Opportunities, or Companies.
Click Save. The task will now appear under each associated record for full visibility.
Use the Tasks tab filters to find tasks by contact, opportunity, or assignee.

Custom Object support is also included — so you can now create and manage tasks for any entity you’ve built in Gold Star Pro.
Why This Matters
Before this upgrade, tasks could only be linked to a single Contact, forcing teams to duplicate entries or lose visibility across related records.
Now, tasks are fully decoupled from Contacts, giving you precise control and context no matter how your workflows are structured.
It’s a game-changer for sales, account management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Use Cases
• Sales Teams: Link one follow-up task to multiple opportunities — no more duplicate reminders.
• Account Managers: Manage onboarding tasks that span both the client company and primary contact.
• Cross-Department Teams: Track shared projects across Contacts, Companies, and Custom Objects.
This upgrade transforms your CRM tasks into a true command center for collaboration, helping every team stay connected, aligned, and on track.
