This new search experience brings all your automation tools, integrations, and triggers into a single unified interface. You can now browse across 1,000+ actions and triggers — including built-in tools, marketplace integrations, and app-specific actions — all from one clean, intuitive panel.

You’ll also find category-based filters, so you can quickly narrow your search to sections like Contacts, Communication, Workflow AI, CRM, or External Apps.

Every action and app now includes detailed metadata such as pricing tier (Free, Paid, Premium), number of installs, and short app descriptions — helping you understand context before adding an element to your workflow.


How to Use

  1. Open Workflows → Add Action or Trigger.

  2. Use the Search Bar to find what you need — keywords now return faster, smarter results.

  3. Filter by category (e.g., CRM, AI, Apps, Email) to narrow your results instantly.

  4. Click an item to preview its details, pricing, and usage before adding it.

  5. Add the action or trigger directly to your workflow and continue building.

The new design also includes a tab-based layout that organizes native tools, installed apps, and Marketplace integrations separately — so you always know what’s part of your system versus what’s available to add.
