The Export Upgrade You’ve Been Waiting For
How It Works
Exporting your data in Gold Star Pro just got a major speed and usability upgrade.
The new Export system is built on asynchronous (async) architecture — meaning no more waiting around for large files to process or risking browser timeouts.
Exports now run quietly in the background, freeing you up to keep working while your data is prepared. When it’s ready, you’ll receive a push notification with a direct link to download your file.
Every export is automatically logged on the Bulk Actions page, complete with progress tracking, timestamps, and download options — giving you total visibility into what’s running and when.
How to Use
From your Contacts or related module, click the kebab menu (⋮) in the top-right corner.
Choose Export and select whether to export all records or only the selected ones.
Click Export — your file will begin processing in the background.
When it’s ready, you’ll get a notification and can find your file under Bulk Actions.
Exported files remain available for 30 days before being automatically removed.

Admins can also manage export permissions — limiting file downloads to Agency Admins and Location Admins for added control and security.
Why This Matters
Data exports are an essential part of running reports, managing backups, and syncing with other systems — but until now, they could be slow and disruptive.
The new Export Upgrade fixes that with:
Background processing (no more waiting screens)
Instant notifications when files are ready
Centralized tracking in Bulk Actions
Automatic cleanup after 30 days
It’s a cleaner, safer, and much faster experience from start to finish.
Use Cases
• Large Contact Lists: Export thousands of records without freezing your browser.
• Team Reporting: Track and download exports from a single location.
• Security & Access Control: Restrict export access to authorized users only.
• Operational Efficiency: Free up time while exports process in the background.
The new Export Upgrade makes managing data smoother, faster, and far more reliable — just the way it should be.
