System Generated emails are emails sent to your customers at certain times in relation to actions or activities that occur within the Communities area of the Gold Star Pro System.
CAN YOU EDIT SYSTEM GENERATED EMAILS?
At this time you cannot edit these emails. The emails are generic and give basic information to ensure suitability for all customers.
In future updates, you will be able to create your own template and assign it to this part of the system.

WHAT EMAILS ARE SENT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS?
Request Received
The following email is sent to your customer when they request to join your group. (Community Name) and (Customer's Name) are auto populated based on the specific request.

Membership Approved
The following email is sent to your Customer, once their Membership has been approved. (Community Name) is replaced with the name of your Community.

Start Your Learning Journey
The following email is sent to your customer within a day of joining the Community. This email introduces the customer to any courses that you have added to the learning component of the community. If no courses have been added this email is not sent. (Community Name) and (Customer's Name) are auto populated based on the specific request.

Mentions/Tags
The following email is sent to your customer when they are mentioned or tagged in the community by another member or Admin. (Community Name) and (Customer's Name) are auto populated based on the specific request.
