What’s New
Centralized Invoice Management
Now, all your outstanding financial documents are located in one place within the mobile POS:
Invoices, Estimates, Contracts, and Appointments with due or overdue balances are grouped under Active Transactions.
View, edit, or collect payment—right from your mobile device.
Flexible Payment Options
Record payments directly from your phone using multiple methods:

Step-by-Step: Using the New Active Transactions Feature
Follow these simple steps to access and use this feature:
1. Log In
Sign in to the mobile app with your subaccount credentials.
2. Navigate to POS
From the bottom navigation bar, tap on the POS icon.
3. Open Active Transactions
Inside POS, tap the Active Transactions button located in the bottom menu.
4. Manage Invoices
In this section, you’ll see a list of all due or overdue:
Invoices
Estimates
Documents & Contracts
Appointment-related invoices
5. Interact with Transactions
Tap any invoice tile to View or Edit the invoice.
Swipe left or long-press an invoice card to reveal more options.
Tap Record Payment to begin collecting a payment using your chosen method.
