Gold Star Pro just got even more flexible.
You can now automatically
add or remove associated records from your workflows — whether those records are Contacts, Companies, or Custom Objects.

These new actions make it easy to manage complex relationships across your system without ever touching a spreadsheet or doing manual updates.

Now, when something changes in one record (like a company, student, or project), you can instantly trigger updates, add related records to another workflow, or remove them when they’re no longer needed.

How to Use

  1. Open Automations → Workflows.

  2. Add either “Add Associated Records to Workflow” or “Remove Associated Records from Workflow.”

  3. Select the Object Type (Contact, Company, or Custom Object).

  4. Choose the Association Label that defines the relationship you want to manage.

  5. Pick your Target Workflow — this is where the associated records will be added or removed.

That’s it! Your workflows now automatically manage relationships in real time — adding or removing related data exactly when it matters.
