
Streamline Your Affiliate Campaigns!
Leveling up in affiliate campaigns is a way to automatically reward affiliates when they reach specific milestones. When affiliates hit set goals, they can be moved from one campaign to another—usually one with better commissions or exclusive perks.
These goals can be based on:
The number of customers an affiliate brings in
The total revenue generated by the affiliate
Affiliates can level up between Website, Store, and Funnel campaigns. However, external Website campaigns can only level up to other external Website campaigns.
How to Set Up Affiliate Level Up
Follow these simple steps to create a campaign that promotes your affiliates automatically:
1. Access Your Campaigns
Go to Affiliate Manager > Campaigns
2. Create or Edit a Campaign
Click “+ Create Campaign” to start a new campaign
Or choose an existing campaign to edit
3. Choose a Source Type
Select your source type (Website, Store, Funnel) and click Next
4. Set Default Commission
In the Commission step, define the default commission rate for affiliates
5. Enable Level Up
Click “Level Up to Another Campaign”
6. Select Target Campaign
Choose the campaign where affiliates will be moved once they qualify
7. Define Your Goal
Set the goal that triggers the level up. For example:
Level up when the affiliate gets 50 customers
Level up when they generate $500 in revenue
8. Decide on Customer Handling
Decide what happens to the affiliate’s existing customers:
Keep them in the current campaign
Move them to the new campaign
9. Complete Setup
Finalize the remaining campaign settings
Click Publish
Example Scenario
Imagine you manage two campaigns:
Starter Campaign – Default for all new affiliates
VIP Campaign – Offers better commissions
You want affiliates to automatically join the VIP Campaign after they bring in 50 customers. Simply set this rule in the Starter Campaign and choose VIP as the level-up destination.
