Gold Star Pro has introduced a valuable update that enhances your ability to manage conversations. With the new feature, you can now filter conversations based on who is following them. This small but powerful improvement is designed to streamline how you organize and navigate conversations.

Here’s a quick guide to using the new conversation filter feature.

How to Filter Conversations by Followers

Step 1: Access the Conversations Page

Start by navigating to the Conversations page within your Gold Star Pro account. This is where you’ll be able to access the new filter functionality.

Step 2: Locate the Filter Button

Once on the conversations page, look for the filter icon, which resembles a small funnel at the top of the page. This is the button you’ll use to access the filtering options.

Step 3: Choose Your Filter Option

After clicking the funnel icon, you’ll see a set of options for filtering conversations by followers. You can choose between:

  • Followed by Me: Displays conversations that you are personally following.

  • Followed by a Specific User: Allows you to search for a user and see all conversations they are following.

    Choose Your Filter Option

This feature makes it easy to track the conversations that matter most to your team or yourself.

Step 4: Apply the Filter

Once you’ve selected your desired option, the conversations list will update, showing only the relevant conversations based on the follower criteria you chose.

Why This Update Matters

This new filtering feature was developed in response to user feedback and makes it much easier to organize conversations, especially when managing multiple team members or clients. By narrowing down your view to specific followers, you can focus on the conversations that are most relevant, saving time and avoiding clutter.

This simple addition is part of Gold Star Pro's ongoing effort to enhance the platform’s usability and make conversation management more efficient.
