Square Payment Integration Now Live!
Gold Star Pro has just made it easier for users to manage their payments with the integration of Square Payments. Here's a step-by-step guide to getting started with this new feature:
How to Set Up Square Payments in Gold Star Pro
Navigate to Payment Integrations: Head to the Payment Integrations page in your Gold Star Pro account.
Connect Square: Look for Square in the list of payment vendors. Click on it to start the connection process.
Enter API Keys: You’ll need to input your Square API keys to complete the connection. Once entered, the integration will be active.
Configure Products: You can now configure your products under Payments > Products. This supports both one-time and subscription payments.
Supported Features:
Order Forms: Seamlessly integrate payment processing in your order forms.
Invoices: Generate invoices that customers can pay directly via Square.
Online Stores: Incorporate Square Payments into your online store for smooth transactions.
Recurring Invoices: Set up recurring payments for ongoing services.
Payment Links: Create and share payment links for easy client transactions.
Current Limitations
SaaS Rebilling: Currently, SaaS rebilling via Square is not supported. However, this feature is expected to be available by the end of this quarter. For now, Stripe remains the only option for SaaS rebilling.
Tracking and Managing Payments
Payment Tracking: All payments processed through Square can be easily tracked under the Payments and Orders section, just like any other payment method in Gold Star Pro.
Workflow Compatibility: Existing trigger functionalities will continue to work seamlessly with the Square integration, ensuring that any workflows involving payments remain intact.
