You can now create, edit, and manage recurring bookings directly from your phone — complete with time slots, invite links, and recurring patterns. Whether it’s weekly team check-ins, client consultations, or monthly reviews, your schedule just got a major productivity boost.

Once you set up a recurring appointment, the app automatically creates the full series, syncs it to your calendar, and updates availability in real time — no manual rebooking required.

How to Use

1. Tap the “+” icon and select Schedule Appointment.

2. Choose the desired calendar and team member.

3. Select your event type and time slot.

4. Under Recurrence, choose between:

   • Standard Recurrence: Uses existing calendar settings (like weekly, biweekly, or monthly).

   • Custom Recurrence: Manually set your own pattern, duration, or end date.

5. Save to confirm — your recurring meetings will automatically sync and appear in the app’s calendar view.

You can even attach meeting links (Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams) that automatically apply to the entire series.
