Managing your domain just got easier. Our platform now gives you full control over how your internal domain renews—so you can choose between automatic or manual renewal with confidence.

📍 How to Access

You can update renewal settings directly in your dashboard:

1. Go to Settings → Domains

2. Select your internal domain

3. Click Additional Settings

4. Open the Domain Renewal section

From there, you can toggle Auto-Renew ON/OFF and check your domain’s current renewal status.

⚙️ How It Works

• Auto-Renew Made Simple – Turn auto-renew ON or OFF anytime before your renewal date.

• Manual Renewal Option – If auto-renew is OFF or a renewal attempt fails, you can renew manually.

• Automatic Retry – If auto-renew fails due to payment issues, the system will retry up to two more times automatically.

• Clear Status & Alerts – If a renewal fails, you’ll see alerts with clear next steps.

• You can switch between auto-renew and manual renewal anytime before the renewal date.
