Gold Star Pro’s mobile app now supports Multi-Location Incoming Calls — designed for teams managing multiple sub-accounts, departments, or branches.
With this update, you can receive calls from up to 10 selected locations on your mobile device, no matter which account you’re currently viewing. That means no more missed leads, delayed responses, or call confusion — every incoming call can now reach the right person, every time.
You can even switch your active location during or after a call, so call logs, notes, and follow-ups are automatically tracked in the correct CRM workspace.
How to Use
Open the Mobile App and go to Settings → Calls/Voice.
Turn on Multi-Location Incoming Calls.
Select up to 10 locations you want to receive calls from.
When a call comes in, you’ll see the location name displayed clearly on the call screen.
After answering, you can easily switch the active location for accurate logging and follow-up.
This makes it easier for users managing multiple teams or clients to handle all incoming calls seamlessly, without switching accounts.
