How It Works

Gold Star Pro now gives you full control over who can view, edit, or manage your sales pipelines with the new Pipeline Permissions feature.
Admins can assign specific access levels to individual users or roles — keeping your data secure and your team focused on what matters most.

There are now three levels of access available:

1. View Only — Users can view and update opportunities inside the pipeline but can’t edit or delete pipeline settings.

2. Read/Full Edit — Full control to manage and edit pipeline details and stages.

3. No Access — The pipeline is completely hidden across web, mobile, and API.

Admins always retain full edit/delete control across all pipelines, and built-in safeguards prevent accidental access removal for opportunity owners.

Every permission change is recorded automatically in Audit Logs, ensuring complete accountability for team and data management.

How to Use

1. Go to Settings → Pipelines.

2. Select a pipeline and click Assign Permissions.

3. Choose whether to grant View, Edit, or No Access to each user or role.

4. Save your changes — updates apply instantly across desktop and mobile.

5. Related tools like dashboards, reports, and automations automatically respect these new visibility rules.
