If you’re tired of entering the same information twice — once in your CRM and once in your accounting software — this update is for you.

Gold Star Pro now connects directly with Xero, so your invoices and contacts stay in sync automatically. That means less manual work, fewer mistakes, and cleaner books.


What This Does

  • Sync contacts – New contacts in Gold Star Pro can automatically sync to Xero.

  • Sync invoices – Create an invoice in Gold Star Pro, and it shows up in Xero.

  • Stay accurate – Taxes and reporting stay aligned, with mapped tax rates.

  • Avoid duplication – Only accounts with payments enabled sync, so you don’t get duplicates.


How to Set It Up

  1. Go to your Account → Settings → Integrations → Xero → Connect.

  2. Enter your login details.

  3. Choose your organization and chart of accounts.

  4. Map your tax rates for accurate reporting.

That’s it — your invoices and contacts will now sync automatically.


Extra Notes

  • If there’s no activity for 60 days, you’ll just need to reconnect — you’ll get an email reminder.

  • If an invoice fails to sync, you’ll get an email alert so nothing slips through the cracks.
