Expanded user-level permissions now give you more control than ever. Admins can define exactly who gets to see or manage Forms, Surveys, Quizzes, and QR Codes—all tailored by user role. This update brings added flexibility and a cleaner, more intuitive experience for your team.

What’s New

  • Role-Based Visibility
    Decide which user roles can
    view or manage specific tools:

    • Forms

    • Surveys

    • Quizzes

    • QR Codes

  • Granular Control
    Each module can be independently toggled ON or OFF, and you can assign either view-only or full manage access.

  • Cleaner User Experience
    When a tool is turned off for a role, users in that role won’t see it at all—keeping dashboards focused and less cluttered.

How to Set It Up

Follow these steps to customize permissions for your team:

  1. Go to Settings > My Staff

  2. Select the Team Member
    Choose the individual whose permissions you want to update.

  3. Find the Permissions Area
    Navigate to
    Edit or Manage Team > Roles & Permissions.

  4. Toggle Tools
    Enable or disable access to:

    • Forms

    • Surveys

    • Quizzes

    • QR Codes

  5. Set Access Level
    Use the checkboxes to assign:

    • View access

    • Manage access

  6. Click Save
    Changes are applied instantly, and users’ dashboards will update to reflect their new access level.

Bonus Tip

Use the Copy Permission feature to duplicate the setup for other team members—perfect for onboarding or managing large teams.
