Managing customer payments just got easier with a new feature in Gold Star Pro's CRM system. Businesses can now store customer credit card information directly within their CRM account, simplifying the process of managing future transactions. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to use this feature effectively.

How to Save a Credit Card on File

  1. Access the Customer's Account
    Start by navigating to the specific customer's account within the CRM system. This can be done easily from your dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the Payments Tab
    Once in the customer's account, look for the "Payments" tab. Click on it to proceed.

  3. Add Card on File
    In the Payments tab, you'll see an action button labeled "Add Card on File." Click this button to initiate the process.

  4. Enter Card Information
    A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to enter the customer's credit card details. Input the necessary information and confirm to save the card on file.

    Once the card is saved, it will be stored securely within the CRM. You can now use it for future transactions, such as processing payments for invoices or other charges.

Using the Stored Credit Card

  • One-Time Charges: The stored card can be used for one-time payments by selecting the "Charge Now" option within the customer's payment details.

  • Recurring Payments: You can use the card on file to handle recurring payments or subscription fees.

  • Flexibility for Different Scenarios: Whether it’s for hotel bookings, membership fees, or other business needs, having a credit card on file offers flexibility and convenience.
