Managing availability across multiple calendars just got easier. Gold Star Pro has introduced a new Schedules feature — a centralized system that lets you control all availability settings from one place.

Instead of setting availability separately for each calendar, you can now create and manage schedules that apply across multiple calendars or team members. It’s faster, cleaner, and keeps everything perfectly aligned.

Each user also gets a default schedule automatically applied, ensuring consistent working hours and fewer setup errors. For teams with complex setups or varying time zones, Schedules bring order and flexibility without extra manual work.


How to Use

  1. Go to Calendar Settings → Availability to open the new Schedules tab.

  2. Use the staff selector to view and edit schedules for different users.

  3. Create a new schedule and assign it to one or multiple calendars.

  4. Set your preferred time zone, working hours, and any specific overrides.

  5. Use the Active On toggle to enable a schedule instantly.

  6. Need something unique? You can still create custom schedules directly from individual calendars.
