How to Set It Up

1. Open your dashboard and go to the App Marketplace.

2. Search for ShipStation Integration and click Install.

3. In the Settings tab, enter your Live API Key and Secret from ShipStation (test tokens are not supported).

4. Click Connect to authenticate.

Add Shipping Options:

• Define a Shipping Name (this is what your customers will see at checkout).

• Select carriers and services from ShipStation.

• Set a Fallback Value (used when live rates are unavailable).

• Save your configuration and publish to enable live shipping rates at checkout.

Important Notes

• Make sure your carrier accounts, sender/receiver details, and shipping rules are configured correctly within your ShipStation account.

• Live rate checkout will only work after shipping options are set up.

• A valid Live API token is required—test tokens will not work.
