You can now define both minimum and maximum values for any numeric field inside a workflow trigger, helping you segment contacts or actions more accurately than ever. This operator works across all numeric trigger fields and includes both the start and end values by default.
Whether you’re filtering by score, amount, or engagement metrics, “Between” makes it easy to build smarter, more targeted automations.
How to Use
Open your workflow trigger configuration.
Select a numeric field you want to filter by (e.g., score, amount, or duration).
From the operator dropdown, choose “Between.”
Enter the minimum and maximum values for your desired range.
Save your workflow configuration — and you’re done!
Now your workflows will only trigger for data that falls within your defined range.
