Step 1: Set Your Defaults
Go to Documents & Contracts → Settings → Customer Notifications.
Choose your default delivery option (email, SMS, or both).
Save your settings.



Step 2: Create Quick Text Templates
Go to Marketing → Snippets.
Add a new SMS template.
Example: “Your document is ready. Please review and sign.”
Save it.
Now, whenever you send a document, you can pick this pre-written text instead of typing from scratch.


Step 3: Send to One Client
Open the document.
Click Send.
Choose how (email, SMS, or both).
If using SMS, select your saved text template.
Review and send.


Step 4: Send Through a Workflow
Go to Automation → Workflows.
Add a “Send Document” action.
Choose how it’s sent (email, SMS, or both).
Save.
Now, whenever the workflow runs, Gold Star Pro sends the document automatically.

Step 5: Keep Contacts Up to Date
Gold Star Pro now pulls client contact info directly into documents.
This means you don’t have to retype emails or phone numbers.
Just pick the client, and their details fill in automatically.
