WooCommerce store owners can now import and sync products, collections, contacts, orders, and transactions directly into Gold Star Pro. This update simplifies e-commerce management, making it easier to maintain an up-to-date product catalog within the platform.

How to Set Up the WooCommerce Integration

1. Access Integration Settings

• Navigate to Settings > Integration > WooCommerce within your sub-account.

2. Connect Your WooCommerce Store

• Click the Connect button to begin.

• Enter your WooCommerce store URL (e.g., https://yourstore.com – without a trailing slash).

3. Select Data to Import

• After connecting your store, you’ll be directed to the Import Elements screen.

• Choose which data you want to import:

  • Contacts

  • Orders

  • Transactions

  • Products and Collections

4. Configure Syncing Settings

• The Sync Settings screen allows you to select the data you want to keep updated in real time.

• Available sync options:

  • Contacts

  • Orders

  • Transactions

  • Order submitted trigger

  • Payment received trigger

  • Products and Collections

5. Complete the Setup

• Click Save after selecting your import and sync preferences.

• The process may take a few minutes to complete, depending on your store size.

6. Manage Sync Settings

• After successful integration, you can enable or disable specific elements for future syncing.

7. Reimporting Data

• If you need to reimport data, simply disconnect and reconnect the integration to retrieve any missing information.

Key Product Import Enhancements

• Supported Product Types: Only Simple and Variable products will be imported. Other product types are excluded.

• Product Availability: Products with a price of 0 or without variants will not be imported.

• Store Visibility: The "Include in Online Store" toggle will be enabled only for published products.

• Data Source: WooCommerce remains the source of truth for product information.

• Category Imports: Only categories linked to products will be imported. Unused categories will be excluded.

• Product and Category Deletions: These will not sync from WooCommerce to Gold Star Pro.

Additional Improvements

• Orders now import with linked products and images.

• If authentication errors occur (401, 403, 404), the account will enter a reconnect state, and the sub-account admin will receive an email with instructions.
