You can now view and restore trashed files across your entire location — regardless of who originally deleted them.

Previously, only the specific user who deleted a file could view or restore it. That meant if a user was removed from the account, any files they trashed could become permanently inaccessible.

Now, everyone in the same location can see and restore those files — no more lost data due to user removal or deactivation.

How to Use

1. Go to Media Storage in your account.

2. Click the Trash view at the top of the page.

3. You’ll now see all deleted items from every user in your location.

4. Select any item you want to restore — or permanently delete if no longer needed.

That’s it! The updated system ensures that trashed files remain accessible and recoverable by anyone in the same location.
