Instead of sending generic reminders, you can now tailor your messages to match your community’s style, adjust the content, and create new templates directly from your settings.

This feature allows you to keep every email on-brand while improving engagement and connection with your members.


How to Use

  1. Go to Client Portal → Memberships → Settings → Email Settings → Communities → Event Reminder Email.

  2. Choose whether to edit an existing template or create a new one.

  3. Personalize the email content — including text, layout, and tone.

  4. Save your updates and send a test to preview how it looks to members.
