Opportunities: Customize Opportunity Card
Gold Star Pro’s new Opportunity Card Customization feature is here to give you more control over your pipeline view. This update lets you choose which information is displayed, customize quick action icons, and select your preferred layout style to make your workflow smoother and more efficient.
What’s New in Opportunity Card Customization?
1. Field Customization
Select up to 7 Fields: Choose the fields you want to display on each opportunity card. This can include standard fields (like Opportunity Name and Status), custom fields you’ve added, or other important information like Value or Contact Details.
Display Relevant Information: By selecting only the fields that matter most to you, it’s easier to quickly review key data on each opportunity without unnecessary clutter.
2. Pipeline-Level Customization
Apply Customizations at Pipeline Level: You can set your custom fields for each pipeline individually or choose to apply them across all pipelines if you work in multiple locations.
Consistency Across Pipelines: For users managing multiple pipelines, the ability to apply these changes broadly ensures a consistent view, saving time on setup across locations.
3. Customizable Quick Actions
Tailor Your Quick Action Icons: Choose from customizable icons to show at the bottom of each card, such as:
Conversations
Tasks
Notes
Tags
Calls
Appointments
Quick Reference on Every Card: This customization feature puts the most frequently used actions in clear view, helping you take immediate action on tasks associated with each opportunity.
4. Choose Between Two Layout Options
Default View: Displays each field’s label and value clearly, making it easy to identify information at a glance.
Compact View: For a more streamlined look, this view shows only the field values, with labels appearing when you hover over them. This option is ideal for users wanting to save space and focus on core data points.
5. Real-Time Preview of Changes
See Your Customizations Instantly: A real-time preview of your opportunity card lets you visualize how each change will appear before saving, ensuring the layout meets your needs without switching views or refreshing.
Step-by-Step Guide to Setting Up Opportunity Card Customization
Step 1: Open Opportunities and Access Customization
Navigate to the Opportunities section within your Gold Star Pro dashboard.
Select the “Manage Fields” option to start personalizing your opportunity cards.
Step 2: Select Fields and Customize Counters
Choose Your Fields: Pick up to 7 fields (from standard, custom, or associated fields) to display on your card. Consider selecting fields that are most relevant to your sales process.
Set Up Quick Actions: Customize the counters and icons for Conversations, Tasks, Notes, Tags, Calls, and Appointments to ensure your most-used actions are easily accessible.
Step 3: Choose Your Layout
Decide between the Default View (labels and values) or the Compact View (values only with labels on hover). Select the layout that best matches your preferences and space needs.
Step 4: Save and Apply Changes
Once you’ve completed your customizations, click “Save” to update your settings.
You also have the option to apply these changes across all pipelines if you manage multiple ones within Gold Star Pro.
