When selecting only one file, you’ll now see an “Insert Media” call-to-action (CTA) appear immediately. This eliminates the extra step of navigating through multiple confirmation screens.

How it works:

• Select a single image or media file.

• The “Insert Media” button becomes instantly available.

• Click it to add your file right away.

2. Preview Before You Insert

A new “Preview Media” option is now available in the three-dot menu (⋮) for image files. This helps you review your content visually before committing to insertion.
