New Email Template Options for Stores

New Email Template Options for Stores!

April 14, 20252 min read

Store owners now have more control over the email notifications sent to their customers. Previously, only Abandoned Cart and Order Confirmation emails were available—and those couldn’t be modified or turned off. With this latest update inside the Gold Star Pro platform, you can now fully customize email templates for the following notification types:

  • Order Confirmation Emails

  • Order Fulfillment Emails

  • Abandoned Cart Emails

These updates allow you to better align your communication with your brand’s voice and tone, improving both professionalism and customer experience.

Step-by-Step: How to Customize Email Templates

To start customizing your Ecommerce store email notifications, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Notification Settings

Go to: Payments > Settings > Notifications

This is your central control panel for managing all Ecommerce-related email alerts.

2. Enable or Disable Each Email Type

Use the toggle switch next to each email category to turn the notifications on or off depending on your store’s needs.

3. Choose and Edit Your Template

You have two options:

  • Use a system template provided in the platform

  • Or upload your own custom template

After selecting a template, you can:

  • Preview the email content

  • Edit the template directly in the preview window

  • Adjust text, styling, and structure to better reflect your brand's messaging

4. Customize the Subject Line

You can change the subject headline to match your store’s tone. Even better, you can use custom values to personalize subject lines for each customer.

5. Save Your Changes

This part is key:

  • Edits only apply once you click the Save button

  • If you exit without saving, your updates will be lost

Important Notes to Keep in Mind

  • Make sure Order Confirmation Emails are enabled if you sell digital products—this is how customers receive their download links.

  • Always double-check your toggles and templates before launching any new campaigns or order flows.

With this new customization feature, your Ecommerce store now has the flexibility to deliver emails that are not only functional but also on-brand and engaging. Whether you're confirming an order or reminding a customer about an abandoned cart, every message can now speak in your brand’s voice.
