You can now manage your comments directly inside Social Planner — no more jumping between platforms.

This new feature lets you view and reply to comments on your connected social posts without ever leaving your dashboard, saving you time and keeping every conversation in one place.

  • Centralized Replies: Respond to comments from within Social Planner.

  • Unified Inbox: See all post comments in one streamlined view.

  • Real-Time Updates: Replies appear instantly — no manual refresh needed.

  • Platform Sync: All replies sync back to the original social media post.

  • Engagement Filters: Filter between Top Comments and All Comments for faster responses.


How It Works

  1. Open Social Planner and navigate to the Comments tab.

  2. Select a post to view all comments in the new comments section.

  3. Reply directly within the platform to engage with your audience.

  4. Use filters to toggle between top comments and all comments.
