Whether you're organizing, downloading, or clearing out files, this enhancement saves time and simplifies file handling. Here’s everything you need to know about using multi-select to improve your efficiency.

Select Multiple Files at Once

• Choose multiple files in a single action by using checkboxes, dragging the mouse, or through the menu options.

• Selected files display a checkmark, making it clear which files are chosen.

  

Perform Bulk Actions

• Move: Relocate multiple files to a new folder simultaneously.

• Download: Download selected files in one batch, up to 100 files (note: files larger than 2 GB will need to be downloaded individually).

• Delete: Remove unnecessary files in bulk to free up space.

• Grid View: Drag the mouse across files or use the “Select” option from the menu to choose multiple items.

• List View: Use the checkboxes beside each file to select multiple files at once.

• During a drag-and-drop move, a counter shows how many files you’re moving, and the target folder highlights, helping ensure accuracy.

How to Use Multi-Select in Media Storage

Entering Multi-Select Mode

• Grid View: Click and drag your mouse across the files to select multiple at once, or access the “Select” option from the three-dot menu. Files will display a checkmark in the top left corner when selected.

• List View: Check the box beside each file to select multiple items in list format.

1. Move Files

   • After selecting your files, click the "Move" option.

   • Drag the selected files to the desired folder or select the target location from the folder list.

2. Download Files

   • Click "Download" after selecting your files to save them as a group.

   • Note: Downloads are limited to 100 files at once, and files over 2 GB need individual downloads.

3. Delete Files

   • After selecting the files, click the "Delete" button to remove them in one action, quickly clearing space.
