Gold Star Pro now offers manual payment support for selling products through forms and surveys. This update allows businesses to accept offline payments such as cash, bank transfers, checks, and more, ensuring a seamless way to track and process orders.
Available Payment Types
Gold Star Pro now supports two types of manual payments:
Cash on Delivery (COD): Customers pay in cash upon receiving their order.
Custom Payment Methods: Includes bank transfers, checks, card payments, or any other offline method.
How to Enable Manual Payments
Navigate to Manual Payment Settings
Go to Payments > Integrations > Manual Payment Methods.
Enable COD or Custom Payment Methods as needed.
Set Up Payment Descriptions
Add a description and post-purchase message for each payment method.
Ensure manual payment options are enabled specifically for forms and surveys.
How It Works in Forms & Surveys
Automatic Payment Option Display
When a product is added to a form or survey, the manual payment option appears in the payment selection automatically.
Processing Orders & Collecting Payments
When a customer submits a form with a manual payment option:
The order appears in Payments > Orders with a Pending status.
Businesses can mark the order as paid and select the payment method (cash, card, bank transfer, etc.).
Payment status updates sync with the Form Submissions section.
