Managing affiliate payouts doesn’t have to be complicated. If you prefer more control or don’t use PayPal, bank transfers offer a flexible alternative. Inside your Gold Star Pro dashboard, you can process affiliate commissions manually, then update the payout status to keep everything organized and accurate.

Step-by-Step: Paying Affiliates by Bank Transfer

You’ll be working from the Payouts section inside your Gold Star Pro dashboard. Follow these steps to handle everything smoothly:

1. Access the Payouts Page

Start by heading to the Payouts section. This is where all pending and approved payouts are listed.

2. Approve the Pending Payouts

• Go to the Pending tab

• Review the affiliate payouts waiting for approval

• Approve the ones you'd like to move forward with

Once approved, they’ll move to the next stage automatically.

3. Navigate to “Approved for Payout”

• Click into the Approved for Payout tab

• Here you’ll see all the payouts ready to be processed

  

4. Select Payouts to Process

• Choose specific payouts individually or use the mass-select option to select all

• Click the Pay button to begin the process

  

5. Switch to the Bank Tab

• After clicking Pay, go to the Bank tab

• This is where you’ll process non-PayPal methods, such as direct bank transfers

6. Download the CSV

• Follow the on-screen steps to download a CSV file

• Use this file to make payments via your bank or payment service

• This allows for batch processing or individual transactions, depending on your setup

  

7. Mark the Payouts as Paid

Once you’ve completed the payments outside the platform:

• Return to the dashboard

• Click Mark as Paid for each payout

• This ensures your records are updated and avoids duplicate payments

  

Customize Which Payout Methods Are Offered

To make things even smoother for your affiliates, you can choose which payout options they can select during signup or within their portal.

1. Go to Affiliate Manager → Settings

2. Click Affiliate Portal Settings → Configure Payout Methods

3. Choose which methods to enable (e.g., Bank Transfer)

4. Save your changes
