UK Regulatory Bundle Update

For our users looking to get UK numbers, there's an important update regarding the regulatory bundle:

• New Individual Option: Previously, only businesses with a registered number could get local numbers. Now, individuals doing business can also get these numbers.

• Simple Process: Just choose the individual option, and you’re good to go. Proof of address is required.

Transcription Enhancements

We’ve made some improvements to our transcription capabilities:

• Manual Download: Transcription searches can now be downloaded manually.

• Public API Endpoint: You can fetch transcriptions using a public API endpoint. Details on how to use this will be shared soon.

Subaccount Management

We’ve streamlined the process of managing subaccounts:

• Retaining Locations: Any location or subaccount managed by Gold Star Pro will be retained when moved.

• ATP Registration: If you move a subaccount out of your agency, the ATP registration will now move with it.

Error Rate Calculation Fixes

We’ve made adjustments to improve the accuracy of error rate calculations:

• Error Code 30,007: This error will now be included in the error rate calculation, ensuring more accurate data.

• Balanced Error Rates: Changes have been made to balance error rates and emails.
