Gold Star Pro is excited to announce a brand-new feature: Inventory Management. This update is designed to simplify how store owners track and manage their products, making it easier to maintain an efficient online store. If you’re using Gold Star Pro to run your ecommerce operations, here’s everything you need to know about this new functionality.
How to Access Inventory Management
The new Inventory Management feature is integrated directly into your existing Gold Star Pro dashboard. Here’s how you can access it:
Navigate to Payments: From your Gold Star Pro dashboard, head over to the Payments section.
Select Products: Under the Payments menu, select the ‘Products’ option.
Find Inventory: You will see a new tab labeled ‘Inventory’. This is where you can manage your inventory.
Key Features of Inventory Management
With the new Inventory Management system, store owners can now:
Update Product Quantities: Easily adjust the quantities of products you have in stock.
Continue Selling Out-of-Stock Items: You have the option to allow sales to continue even when a product is out of stock, which is perfect for items that can be backordered.
Enhanced Search Functionality: Quickly find and manage products using the improved search features.
SKU Management: If a SKU is not provided, the system will display ‘No SKU’. Clicking on a product variant will take you directly to the variant’s detail page, making it easier to manage different product options.
Important Notes
Saving Changes: Remember to save or cancel changes before navigating away from the inventory page to avoid losing any updates.
Variant Details: Clicking on a product variant in the inventory list will redirect you to the variant’s detail page, providing more in-depth management options.
