How It Works

You can now view, reply to, and manage Instagram comments directly inside Social Planner — no more switching between platforms or missing messages.

This new feature brings Instagram engagement alongside your existing Facebook comment tools, letting you reply, mention users, and manage conversations for both platforms from one centralized dashboard.

How to Use

1. Go to Marketing → Social Planner → Comments.

2. Open the Comments tab to view all incoming Instagram replies.

3. Click Reply to respond directly or use the @mention feature to tag users.

4. Use filters to toggle between Latest and Top Comments for easy sorting.

5. Manage threaded replies to keep conversations organized.
