Improved Time Range Validation in Campaign Scheduling

❓ The Problem

Previously, when scheduling campaigns, users could mistakenly set an end time that was earlier than the start time. This created logical errors, caused scheduling failures, and led to unnecessary support requests.

✅ What’s New

Front-End Time Validation

We’ve added built-in validation to prevent invalid time ranges. Now, the system will guide you with clear error messages:

  • If the end time is earlier than the start time, you’ll see:
    “End time can't be before start time.”

  • If an end time is chosen before a start time is entered, you’ll see:
    “Please enter a valid start time.” displayed below the start time field.

  • Action buttons such as Send or Schedule will remain disabled until all errors are resolved.

Simplified Confirmation

Editing the start time is now easier. A single OK button is used to confirm changes, reducing unnecessary confirmation prompts.

⚒️ How to Use

  1. Go to Marketing → Email Builder.

  2. Create a campaign and open the campaign scheduling section.

  3. Enter both start and end times.

    • If the end time is before the start time, an error will appear under the end time, and Send/Schedule will be disabled.

    • If a start time is missing but an end time is entered, an error will display under the start time to prompt correction.

  4. Confirm start time changes by selecting OK—no extra confirmation needed.
