
Image Attachments Now Supported in Review Requests
You can now attach images directly to your review requests, making it easier to personalize your outreach and boost customer engagement.
Whether you want to include before-and-after photos, snapshots of completed work, or visual proof of service quality, this new feature helps your messages stand out and feel more authentic. Images can be added manually when sending review requests via SMS or Email, with mobile app support (iOS & Android) coming soon.
This enhancement is especially valuable for service-based businesses that rely on visual results — like home services, beauty care, and creative industries.
How to Use
Go to Reputation → Send Review Request.
Create your review message as usual.
Click the Add Image option to attach relevant visuals (before-and-after photos, job snapshots, etc.).
Send the request via SMS or Email — your selected images will appear alongside the message.
Track responses in your Reputation dashboard as usual.
