Leads from Google Lead Ads can now flow straight into your Gold Star Pro account, so you can follow up faster and stop losing opportunities to delays.


How It Works

When someone submits a Google Lead Ad form, their details are sent into Gold Star Pro automatically.

That submission will create a new contact in your CRM, or update an existing contact if they are already in your system.

From there, you can route the lead into the right pipeline and trigger follow up instantly using automations.

What this replaces: downloading lead files, copying data across, and trying to remember to follow up later.

What you get instead: leads landing in your system in real time, ready for action.

How to Use

  1. Go to Settings in your Gold Star Pro account.

  2. Open Integrations.

  3. Find Google and connect your Google account.

  4. Select the Google Ads account that contains your Lead Ads forms.

  5. Choose the specific Lead Ad form you want to sync.

  6. Decide what should happen when a new lead comes in, such as:

  • Create or update the contact

  • Add tags to the contact

  • Drop them into a pipeline stage

  • Trigger a workflow for follow up

  1. Click Save.

Once it’s set up, new leads will start landing inside your account automatically.
