Faster Workflow Switching

Faster Workflow Switching

December 16, 20252 min read

How It Works

Gold Star Pro has improved the Workflow Switcher to make moving between workflows faster, smoother, and less disruptive. When you switch workflows now, they open in the same browser tab instead of launching a new one.

This keeps you focused inside the builder, reduces tab clutter, and makes it easier to jump between workflows while you’re building or editing automations.

Loading and switching performance has also been improved, and the workflow list now supports infinite scroll, so you can browse your entire workflow library without pagination.

How to Use

  1. Open any workflow in either the Standard Builder or Advanced Builder.

  2. Open the Workflow Switcher.

  3. Search or scroll through your workflows using infinite scroll.

  4. Click a workflow to open it instantly in the same tab.

You can also manage workflows directly from the switcher, without leaving your current context.

Create and Organize from the Switcher

The Workflow Switcher is no longer just for navigation. You can now manage workflows directly from the panel.

From the switcher, you can:

• Create a brand new workflow
• Name workflows at creation
• Duplicate existing workflows
• Delete workflows you no longer need

All of this happens without opening new tabs or breaking your editing flow.

Why This Matters

If you work with multiple workflows, switching tabs can quickly become frustrating and distracting. Opening everything in the same tab helps you stay focused and move faster.

These improvements help you:

• Reduce browser tab overload
• Switch between workflows more quickly
• Stay in context while building automations
• Manage workflows without leaving the builder

Small changes like this add up to a smoother, more efficient workflow building experience.

Use Cases

• Editing multiple workflows during setup or cleanup
• Duplicating workflows while refining automation logic
• Quickly jumping between related workflows
• Managing large workflow libraries more easily

This update is designed to remove friction and keep you moving while working inside automations.
