Faster Workflow Management with New Bulk Operations

Faster Workflow Management with New Bulk Operations

How It Works

Managing multiple workflows used to mean opening them one by one… which was slow, repetitive, and painful.
Now you can take action on several workflows at once directly from the Workflow List page — saving huge amounts of time and making your automation management much smoother.

Bulk Actions let you delete, move, publish/unpublish, and manage permissions for multiple workflows or folders simultaneously.
No more making the same change 15 times in a row.

How to Use

  1. Open the Workflow List page.

  2. Use the checkboxes to select multiple workflows or folders.

  3. A toolbar will appear that shows all available bulk actions.

  4. Choose from:
Delete — remove workflows or folders in one click.
Move — relocate workflows or folders instantly.
Publish/Unpublish — change status for multiple workflows at once.
Manage Permissions — adjust folder-level permissions in bulk.

  5. Confirm the action and you’re done.

You can even select all visible workflows or only specific ones depending on what needs to be updated.

What’s New

Bulk Delete
Remove multiple workflows or entire folders instantly.

Bulk Move
Reorganize your workflows by selecting several at once and moving them into a new folder.

Publish/Unpublish in Bulk
Update the status of multiple workflows at the same time.

Bulk Permissions
Grant or remove access for selected folders in one action.

Smart Selection
The system works seamlessly across individual workflows and folders, recognizing nested items automatically.

Why This Matters

Workflow management used to be a slow, repetitive chore.
Bulk Actions change that by making it easy to clean up, reorganize, publish, and update your workflows — all without opening them individually.

This update helps you:
• Reduce busywork and save time
• Keep workflow folders better organized
• Apply consistent updates across multiple automations
• Clean up old workflows quickly and efficiently

For anyone managing a large automation library, this is a massive time-saver.\

Use Cases

Agencies: Organize client workflows in bulk instead of editing each one manually.
Large Teams: Publish multiple workflows at once before a launch.
Cleanup Sessions: Remove unused or outdated workflows in seconds.
Folder Organization: Move automations into the correct folders in batches.

This update turns Workflow management from a tedious task into a fast, streamlined process — giving you more time to focus on what matters.
