How It Works

Now you can take action on several workflows at once directly from the Workflow List page — saving huge amounts of time and making your automation management much smoother.

Bulk Actions let you delete, move, publish/unpublish, and manage permissions for multiple workflows or folders simultaneously.
No more making the same change 15 times in a row.

How to Use

1. Open the Workflow List page.

2. Use the checkboxes to select multiple workflows or folders.

3. A toolbar will appear that shows all available bulk actions.

4. Choose from:
   • Delete — remove workflows or folders in one click.
   • Move — relocate workflows or folders instantly.
   • Publish/Unpublish — change status for multiple workflows at once.
   • Manage Permissions — adjust folder-level permissions in bulk.

5. Confirm the action and you’re done.

You can even select all visible workflows or only specific ones depending on what needs to be updated.
